GENERAL CLUB NEWS
On Saturday 31st March the Scottish Open and Incorporating the Scottish Under 20 and Under 23 Weightlifting Championships will be held in Glasgow's Spartan Crossfit Gym in 27/20 Commerce Street in the City Centre.
The competition looks like being a large turnout with over 50 lifters already registered to compete on the day.
Weigh in will be at 9am until 10am and a 11am Start
There will be a programme of groups available nearer the time all being well and also a start list of competitors in the competition.
